Turbine Replacement:

Although sometimes we install pre assembled turbines, the majority of our turbines are built in house. 

Turbine Overhaul:

Sometimes the turbine just needs a little love. We can overhaul it as a more cost effective option, but with the same quality as a new turbine. 

Dynamic Balancing:

Whenever we install or rebuild a turbine, we dynamically balance it for optimum performance. This makes for a quiet and longer lasting handpiece.

*All work is guaranteed with a six to twelve month warranty.

Clean & Condition:

Many times when a low speed handpiece seizes up it needs to disassembled, cleaned, conditioned, and reassembled. When cleaning, we inspect all the internal components to ensure that the handpiece will be returned in factory operating condition.

Overhaul:

We will disassemble the handpiece, clean all corrosion, and replace any internal component that is not functioning to factory standards. It will be oiled, lubricated, polished and tested before being returned.

Minor/Major Overhaul

There are many components within a contra angle handpiece. We test, disassemble, and inspect all of these components. The handpiece is overhauled with new parts to restore it to factory operating condition. We never charge a flat rate for this because sometimes we only need to replace one part and sometimes many. 

Full/Partial Overhaul

There are many components within an electric handpiece. We test, disassemble, and inspect all of these components. The handpiece is overhauled with new parts to restore it to factory operating condition. These usually require extra time to properly clean, condition, and remove all corrosion. 

Clean & Condition:

We disassemble, clean, condition, and reassemble. When cleaning, we inspect all the internal components to ensure that the handpiece will be returned in factory operating condition.

We will assess the problem with the optics of the handpiece. Whether the glass is damaged, bulb is bad, or LED electronics are fried, we can fix it. 

*Highspeed optic problems sometimes take a little extra time to fix and cost a little bit more.

Overhaul:
Send them our way. There are many components within these handpieces, especially in the motor. We test, disassemble, and inspect all of these components. The handpiece is overhauled with new parts to restore it to factory operating condition.

*These handpieces take more time to repair than others. 

Bur Guard:

We clean all corrosion, and replace any internal component that is not functioning to factory standards. *** PLEASE send these in before the bearing is too far gone. They are extremely difficult to work on when the corrosion fuses the bearing to the housing.
